This was the first goalie mask I ever airbrushed, so please excuse its simplicity. I was still working out the "bugs" of airbrushing at the time. This design was created by myself, with some input from the goalie. The team was the "Thunderbirds", so I was trying to portray this in a dark manner, with some nice flow to the overall image. With regards to that, I'm pleased with the direction of wing lines and the lightening. I do wish the lightening was made a little thicker, so it would be more visible from a distance. In retrospect, the only other changes i would have made would have been making the lines crisper, and using a larger, more visible font on the chin.
